Happy New Year!
Our first recording of the new year features a dish made with seasonal oysters!

Dr. Nakajima's goal for this year is "Health comes first!"
"I won't be relying on the teacher's help this year!" said Emily.
The recording started with the usual high energy!

That excitement was short-lived, as suddenly the police lights came on!!
Professor Nakajima gave me a complete rejection from the start.
Emily's goals for this year crumbled in an instant.

But this time it's super easy!
Simply add garlic, chili peppers, salt, and oysters to olive oil and simmer!
The cheese is baked to a crisp, and the oysters are bursting with flavor.
This dish has a wonderful aroma and texture!

The aroma of garlic and the umami of oysters remain
Olive oil is also perfect for pasta and stir-frying vegetables and mushrooms.
Please give it a try!

Comment from Professor Yuka Nakajima

A luxurious dish of oysters simmered slowly in olive oil.
The rich flavor of Echigo Junmai sake further enhances the delicious taste of oysters.
