Behind the Scenes of Smile Stadium Filming

This recording session began amidst a roaring noise that disrupted a peaceful afternoon!
The source of the tremendous noise that shook the walls and floor turned out to be demolition work in the neighborhood.

In that situation, Emily raised her voice, refusing to be outdone.
"Today, I'm absolutely determined not to let Professor Nakajima press the NG button!!"
As promised, the cooking proceeded smoothly, and Professor Nakajima watched over the process with unusual quietness.
Emily looks proud too.

...However, when the cooking was nearing completion, Emily quietly said one word.
"I feel lonely when the teacher isn't sitting next to me..."
So, there wasn't anything particularly wrong with it, but in the end, the teacher showed up. (laughs)
The two of them watched together as the food was being baked.

"Meike-na's unsweetened cake" is delicious enough on its own,
Take a bite, then sip your drink, and savor the flavors together for an even more exceptional experience.
Please enjoy it with some alcohol!

Comment from Professor Yuka Nakajima

We've incorporated delicious winter leafy greens into a savory cake.
It pairs well with the crisp flavor of Echigo Ginjo sake.
