Behind the Scenes of Smile Stadium Filming
This time, we're featuring spring-themed sushi that you'll want to take with you to a cherry blossom viewing party.
The procedure is simple! Filming is going smoothly!…That's not how it works in this section.
Announcer Nakata always delivers.
While preparing the filming equipment, we discussed how to make this segment more enjoyable in the future.
It was at this point that Ms. Yuka and the directors were getting a little more heated in their discussion.
A loud crashing sound froze the scene for a moment, and when we looked in the direction of the sound...
Announcer Nakata has spectacularly spilled the contents of the prepared container.
...That completely cooled down the enthusiasm for the discussion, and we started filming.
And then, announcer Nakata, when wrapping and rolling the sushi in plastic wrap...
I squeezed it so tightly that the plastic wrap tore and the sushi ended up flying onto the table!
He even flipped the bowl over! Just how much excess strength does he have?!
Despite the recipe being for "easy sushi that doesn't get your hands dirty," announcer Nakata's hands are covered in rice grains. (Laughs)
Yuka-sensei isn't staying silent either. She retaliates against announcer Nakata with a creative dance that depicts the growth of bamboo shoots!
This year too, we aim to create a fun and relaxed cooking corner!
Please check it out!
Comment from Professor Yuka Nakajima
■Cute bite-sized sushi bursting with the scent of spring.
The refreshing flavor of the vinegared rice pairs perfectly with the rich taste of Echigo Junmai sake.
Alcohol that pairs well with this dish
The ever-familiar laid-back segment will air on Saturday the 12th at 6:00 PM!
Please look forward to it!
