Weekend Dish on the 10th: "Cheese Pancakes"
I was still stuck in the Golden Week mindset and mistakenly thought this was the first week.
It's the second week of May now. The second Saturday of every month is, of course, the day that program airs.
This time, we'll introduce something perfect for picnics and home parties.
And now, let me introduce you to the currently popular "pancakes."
You might be thinking, "What?! Sake with pancakes!?"
The perfect pairing is "Yuzu Sake," a popular sake-based liqueur.
Let's take a look at how to make it!
"Cheese pancakes with yuzu liqueur syrup"

[For 2 people]
1 egg 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter 1 tablespoon cream cheese
60cc milk, 80g wheat flour
- Appropriate amount of vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
<Raisin Butter>
2 tablespoons raisins 30g butter
1 tablespoon of yuzu liqueur
<Yuzu Liqueur Syrup>
3 tablespoons yuzu liqueur 1 tablespoon honey
How to make it
<Raisin Butter>
Mix the raisins and yuzu liqueur together.
Combine with the butter, which has been drained and returned to room temperature.
<Pancakes>
① Combine the eggs and granulated sugar and mix until thickened.
② Add the melted butter and cream cheese and mix well. Gradually add the milk while mixing.
③ Sift together the flour and baking powder, then combine with ②.
④ Lightly coat a frying pan with oil, pour in the mixture from step ③ using a ladle, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
⑤ Place the pancakes on a plate and top with raisin butter.
Mix yuzu liqueur and honey to make a yuzu liqueur syrup, and serve it alongside the dish.
Behind the Scenes of Smile Stadium Filming
Since the recording took place in between the holidays,In a relaxed atmosphere,
As usual, I'm in high spirits.Emily
Professor Nakajima seems a bit flighty.
However, the teacher was pressed for time.
I tried to proceed with the recording efficiently, but it wasn't going very well.
The cell phone keeps ringing even though we're recording. The police lights keep flashing.
And what's more, a surprisingly lewd comment!?
How energetic and free-spirited this recording session is!
Somehow (!!) the cooking was completed successfully.
It turned out fluffy and delicious.
This time, we're making pancakes using yuzu liqueur. It was a slightly more grown-up dessert.
The yuzu liqueur was a big hit with both Emily and Professor Nakajima!
This product has received official endorsement for its deliciousness, so please try it this Mother's Day.
Comment from Professor Yuka Nakajima
■The slightly bitter taste of yuzu liqueur gives it a sophisticated, grown-up flavor.
Alcohol that pairs well with this dish
The ever-familiar laid-back segment will air on Saturday the 10th at 6:00 PM!
Please look forward to it!
