I'm a little late, but last Saturday

Here is a report on the "Yoshinogawa Tsumama Gathering" event!

(※What is Tsumama-kai?)

Saturday, September 20th: Clear skies.

Inside the restaurant, a pleasant autumn breeze flows through the windows of the terrace seating area.

The Yoshinogawa Women's Club's first initiative, the "Yoshinogawa Tsumama-kai" (Yoshinogawa Mom's Club), has begun.

The host will be Chise Uemura, a novice mother and the original representative of the Yoshinogawa Women's Club.

They were full of enthusiasm and energy from lunchtime onwards, and worked diligently.

This time, our girls' get-together is a little different from usual.

After learning easy recipes using sake in a mini cooking class taught directly by the chef,

This program allows you to enjoy a special course lunch.

First, a mini cooking class.

They shared their original recipes for "garlic sauce" and "steamed clams in sake."

Everyone gathered in front of the open kitchen and listened to the lecture while watching the chef at work.

I compared two types of steamed clams: one made with white wine and the other with sake.

They were able to experience the difference in taste and aroma!

Since we're at it, I'll also share the recipe cards we handed out on the day here ♡

And now, the much-anticipated lunchtime!

Here is the menu for the day.

A full course meal featuring Yoshinogawa sake throughout.

Moreover, the appetizer mousse was served with caviar, foie gras, and truffles.

It was an incredibly luxurious menu featuring all three of the world's most prized delicacies!

Take a look. From left to right, we have caviar, foie gras, and truffles.

As for the truffles, they were so generous that they said, "Please let us know when you're ready." That's incredible!

Not only were the ingredients impressive, but the way they used sake was incredibly innovative, leaving the Yoshinogawa staff thoroughly amazed.

Even the desserts were thoughtfully prepared using sake.

This cream is made by combining sake and fresh cream and turning it into an espuma.

It was a very grown-up dessert where you could enjoy the straightforward flavor of alcohol ♡
