It's windy, but the weather is calm and sunny.

Well, yesterday all the brewers from Yoshinogawa gathered together, and the sake officially entered its brewery.

Yoshinogawa's brewery workers are divided into two categories: full-time employees and seasonal employees.

Seasonal employees cultivate rice and other crops used in sake brewing as farmers during the summer months.

During the winter months, I work as a brewer, making sake.

Having finished the rice harvest and completed their preparations, the seasonal employees will now work together as one to brew sake.

As the end of the year approaches, both the volume of sake produced and the types of sake produced increase significantly. We intend to dedicate ourselves to brewing delicious sake as we head towards the peak season.
