Smile Stadium on the 8th! Chicken meatballs and green onion sesame soup

Under a clear autumn sky, red and yellow fallen leaves are fluttering about.

The autumn foliage season is probably coming to an end soon.

It might be snowing around this time next month.

Let's soak up plenty of sunshine while we can!

Now, speaking of ingredients that taste better in the colder seasons, there's the versatile vegetable, "leeks"!

This time, I'd like to introduce a warming soup made with green onions.

Comment from Professor Nakajima

Chicken meatballs float in a soup where the fragrant aroma of sesame and the sweetness of green onions blend together.

It pairs well with the rich flavor of "newly brewed sake made from new rice."

Suitable alcoholic beverages

Newly brewed sake made with newly harvested rice.
