Highly recommended for New Year's!
There are only 10 days left in the year.
The year-end parties continue, and I'm enjoying some delicious drinks.
I imagine many of you enjoyed a lot of it.
But December isn't over yet.
There are a few things I'd like you all to do in the remaining 10 days.
Yes, it's time to prepare for the New Year's celebrations!
I'd love to drink some high-quality alcohol with everyone around New Year's Day.
That relative of mine is coming over, so I should prepare some nice liquor.
Many people are probably pondering this question.
Here are three alcoholic beverages that we recommend for the New Year!
First up is "Daiginjo Yoshinogawa".
This is a highly recommended drink – if not during the New Year's holiday, when else would you drink it?!
This is a completely handcrafted Daiginjo sake brewed using sake rice varieties "Koshi Tanrei" and "Gohyakumangoku" from Niigata Prefecture.
Furthermore, it has been aged for three years in a warehouse at -5 degrees Celsius, resulting in a smooth and mellow taste.
Its elegant ginjo aroma is one of its distinguishing features. This is a superb sake that we highly recommend enjoying in a wine glass.
And the second is the honjozo sake "Toji no Banshaku" (The Toji's Evening Drink).
This is the perfect sake for everyday enjoyment, crafted by the master brewer, the person in charge of sake production.
This is a honjozo sake made with Gohyakumangoku rice from Niigata Prefecture, and it tastes great both chilled and warmed.
Enjoy a higher-quality drink with your everyday meals.
And finally, there's the sake liqueur, "SakeCafé Yuzu Sake".
The flavor, created by blending yuzu juice with sake,
A refreshing drink bursting with the crispness of citrus fruits.
With just one sip, the aroma of yuzu fills your senses!
What's more, it contains hyaluronic acid, which is great news for women!
This is the perfect drink for those who don't like sake, or for those who want to impress women.
Now that I've introduced some alcoholic beverages, let me introduce one essential item for the New Year celebrations.
Ichimasa Kamaboko, located in Niigata, will be releasing a limited-edition kamaboko (fish cake) made with Yoshinogawa sake for the end of the year!
Amazingly, Ichimasa Kamaboko's "Tenko" uses 100% croaker fish.
This authentic product achieves a supple and sticky texture without the addition of starch.
To bring out the umami of the fish and add richness, they used sea salt and Yoshinogawa sake.
This is a perfect dish for the celebratory New Year's feast.
Personally, I'd love to enjoy some sliced fish cake with a glass of cold sake.
So, everyone, please start your New Year's preparations early!
