Smile Stadium on the 13th: "Cod and Pork Roll"
It's Thursday, the middle of the week. Unfortunately, it's rainy; how are you all doing?
It looks like it's going to get much colder here in Nagaoka this weekend.
Eat well, drink slowly, and warm yourself from the inside out!
Now, for this weekend's dish, we'll be using cod, which is in season right now.
This is "Cod and Pork Roll"!
Fish and meat have teamed up in a friendly combination.
Let's take a look at how to make it!
Materials (2 people)
Cod fillets (2 pieces), Pork belly slices (50g)
Lotus root 100g, rice flour a little
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
Sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
How to make it
1. Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces, wrap them in pork, and coat with rice flour.
2. Peel the lotus root and cut it into irregular pieces.
3. Heat the oil, add step 2 and fry. Once browned, remove and then fry step 1.
4. Put the sauce ingredients in a heat-resistant container, mix, microwave for about 30 seconds, and pour over step 3.

That's really easy!
This looks like something you could make while chatting with your child!
The crispness of the lotus root, the juiciness of the pork, the tenderness of the cod...
Each ingredient has a delightful texture, and the seasoning is light, so you can easily eat a lot of it.
Don't miss the adorable dynamic between Professor Nakajima and Emily!
The broadcast will be on Saturday the 13th, starting at 6 PM!
