Now, today we have an announcement about our new seasonal products!

"Rokudan-jikomi Yoshinogawa" will be released from the brewery on February 10th (Tuesday)!

This is a new sake made using the six-stage brewing method during the cold season, unique to this time of year.

This is one of our most popular seasonal items, so I'm sure many of you have been eagerly awaiting its release.

By dividing the brewing process, which is usually done in three stages, into six stages and carefully brewing the product,

The sugar content of the mash increases, creating a soft sweetness.

A subtly sweet taste reminiscent of spring, and a rich flavor unique to traditionally brewed sake.

It's the taste of happiness that fills your mouth.

Furthermore, this year we have redesigned the label and bottle to give it an even stronger "spring-like" feel than before.

It's become a drink that you can really feel!
