[New Release] Sparkling Sake "Sakagura no Awayuki"

First point.

Yoshinogawa is pleased to announce the launch of its first sparkling sake, "Sakagura no Awayuki"!

It has a refreshing aroma and a gentle sweetness, and comes in a lightweight, slim bottle that's convenient to carry.

 

　　　

 

"Sakagura no Awayuki" is a sparkling sake that packs the delicious taste and aroma of Japanese sake into one drink.

This is Japanese sake. It has a refreshing and juicy aroma reminiscent of fruit, and fully brings out the natural sweetness of the koji.

We've created a flavor that's as soft and fluffy as snow.

　　　

Because carbon dioxide is injected during filling, when opened, the fragrance spreads all at once along with the effervescent bubbles.

You can enjoy an even richer aroma. Plus, the effervescence of the carbonation...

It has a surprisingly light taste for a 7% alcohol drink. Perfect for a toast.

 

　　　　

 

 

Furthermore, following the "Slim Bottle Can Ginjo Sake" released last summer, this product also uses a slim bottle can.

The light-blocking aluminum material prevents the deterioration of alcohol, preserving its aroma and flavor. Lightweight and easy to drink

With features such as adjustable cut sizes and resealable caps, this product is convenient and suitable for personal use.

You can enjoy it in a variety of situations, from everyday meals to outdoor activities and leisure.

The product will be released from the warehouse on March 1st (Tuesday).

It will be available at supermarkets and liquor stores within the prefecture, as well as at the Rakuten shop "Hyotei".

The information was finally revealed on today's broadcast of FM Niigata's Sound Splash!

To celebrate the launch of our new product, we will be holding a collaborative party with FM Niigata!!

We have prepared a special program for this day only, themed around "Awazuki no Sakagura" (a type of sake brewery).
