I went out for drinks at Torii!
"I went out drinking" blog, which suggests delicious and fun ways to enjoy Japanese sake.
Hello everyone, it's been a while! This is Nonnosuke.
With December here, it's been snowing more often in Nagaoka, and it really feels like winter now!
Now, this time we'll be looking at Nagaoka"Torii"Let me introduce you to [Name/Person]!

I'm hungry!!

extremelyDelicious-looking foodThat's all!
Since I just finished working overtime, I'm starving.
This one, that one, and that one, this one, oh, this one and this one, and that one too!

I think I might have asked for a little too much? But it's okay!
Everything was so delicious that I devoured it all in no time!
In particular, thisChicken giblets!
The concept of this blog is,
We went out for drinks at a restaurant chosen by an employee based on their own discretion and biases.
This is a segment where I introduce dishes that I ordered purely based on my personal preference.(Wait, is that right?)
Therefore, I deliberately don't ask the store staff for their recommendations!(I'd heard about this before)
I won't eat it!(I've eaten it before!)
however,

With such a delicious-sounding description, there's no way I can resist ordering it!!
And so, I ended up ordering it.
"Another order of chicken giblets, please!"
……no doubt!
It has a different texture from pork or beef, and a mild, soy sauce-based flavor.
I'm going to eat it all up!It goes really well with Yoshinogawa sake!

I chose chilled sake this time because that's my preference, but I think it would also pair wonderfully with hot sake.
Even though it's called a kumquat, it's not actually a fruit.
This is also a type of offal. Simply put, it's an egg before the shell develops.
It seems like it would be good for my skin. I'm sure my skin will be smooth and shiny tomorrow!
Personally,The fried chicken was incredibly delicious.!

Each one is huge, and the portions are enormous!

The ultimate example is thisGrilled mushrooms on a skewer。
What?! Mushrooms are this delicious?!
That much,Amazingly delicious! There's a secret ingredient that really makes it stand out!
This was a truly exceptional dish that I would definitely recommend everyone try.
Wow, I'm very satisfied.
The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and it was a very comfortable place to be.
As an aside, in Nagaoka CityShinano RiverSo, there's a huge river flowing through there.
And the locals divided the area into the west and east sides of the river.
"Kawanishi" "Kawahigashi"What do you call it?
The restaurant we visited this time, "Torii," is located in Kawanishi.
In Kawanishi"I want to eat chicken!"If you're thinking about it, definitely consider this as an option!
Ah, yakitori and sake are definitely the perfect match!
(Please note that this is Nonosuke's personal opinion.)
Stay tuned for more!
