The firm texture of the bonito pairs perfectly with the sake, making you want to keep drinking.!!
[Appare-san's commitment]
◎We are committed to using bonito from Kochi Prefecture.
We receive a stable supply of fish from fishermen in Kochi Prefecture, which are flash-frozen on board their boats and kept fresh year-round.
By rapidly freezing freshly caught bonito, it's possible to preserve its high quality for extended periods!
◎We are committed to using straw produced within the prefecture.
The straw used is from Takada Farm in Shibata City, which grows Koshihikari rice.
Use Niigata products in Niigata. Local production for local consumption!!
