It's January in Nagaoka, but it hasn't snowed yet!

Now, for the first "Tipsy One Dish" of the new year!
I visited restaurants and bars in Niigata Prefecture.
This is a segment where we'll be offering snacks that pair well with Yoshinogawa sake.
This 16th installment will be held at a location right next to Nagaoka Station"Ichika, a Japanese and Western-style pub and bar"To Mr.

At times like these, you just want to have a nice, refreshing glass of warm sake, right?
This time, we asked the store manager, Igarashi-san.
