The perfect balance of umami from the broth enhances the flavor of the ingredients, elevating the dish to a higher level.

A refreshing noodle dish that looks cool and is perfect for summer, and helps prevent summer fatigue.
Of course, this is my top recommendation for a final drink after a few other drinks this summer!
Roasted sake jelly is so versatile!
Besides udon noodles, please also try it with somen or hiyamugi noodles.
It's also recommended for chilled ramen and kanten jelly.

They made another dish for us!
It has recently been featured on television more often; it is a specialty of Niigata.
It is also one of the restaurant's most popular menu items."Half-fried chicken (curry flavor)"is.
A visually impressive, approximately 1kg domestic chicken is cooked at a low temperature.
It's deep-fried slowly for about 20 minutes.
For those who want to upload to social media! After taking a commemorative photo,
The staff will cut it into bite-sized pieces for you.
Please say, "I'd like a haircut, please!"
The outside has a spicy curry aroma and a crispy skin.
The inside is a stark contrast to the outside, bursting with the delicious flavor of juicy meat.
The combination of these piping hot fried chicken pieces and the crisp, chilled Daiginjo PAIR is absolutely fantastic!
Please enjoy this endless cycle of meat and sake!
At Shichifuku, in addition to curry flavor, we also offer garlic and salt flavors.
