[Year-End Greetings: "At the End of 2025"]

This year has been a year of great upheaval in the environment surrounding sake brewing, including a surge in the price of rice used as raw material.

Even under such circumstances, we are grateful to everyone who has chosen and supported our sake.
First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude.
At the same time, as the weather changes and rice cultivation becomes more difficult, for our sake...
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all the producers who continue to supply us with high-quality raw rice.

Amidst a general decline in alcohol consumption, demand for sake is also falling.
Large year-end parties like those of the past are becoming increasingly rare.
The sight of people pouring drinks for each other is becoming increasingly rare.
On the other hand, young people who enjoy various kinds of sake during precious time with friends and family
I feel that the number is increasing. The way we consume sake is changing,
Its role as something important that connects people's hearts will never change.

In recent years, Yoshinogawa has been working to adapt to new ways of thinking about Japanese sake.
We have continued to make various capital investments.
The aim is to enable sake production in a manner close to year-round brewing, and to also provide pumps for transporting the sake.
We've switched to the latest, quality-focused equipment. A new bottle storage warehouse will also be built next spring.
Yoshinogawa's approach to quality will change significantly from now on.

With the launch of "Minamo" in 2019, we were able to connect with new retailers.
We have also collaborated to create major private brands overseas.
At the brewery and CoCoLo Niigata, we met many customers at events such as brewery open houses, sake festivals, and tasting sessions.
Thanks to the support of all of you, Yoshinogawa was able to continue brewing sake again this year.
Thank you so much.

Amidst a labor shortage and rumors of declining alcohol consumption,
We've seen an increase in young people joining us who want to brew sake, talk about it, and spread the word about it.
All of our employees work with the hope that when you taste Yoshinogawa sake, a smile will spread across your face.
If you enjoyed the sake, we would be delighted if you would raise a glass to one of the Yoshinogawa staff members.

Thank you for everything this past year. I look forward to your continued support.
