We would like to inform you about our year-end delivery schedule.

Please note that Rakuten Shop Hyotei will be closed for deliveries from December 30th to January 4th.

We are currently closed for deliveries, but you can still place an order.

Please check the schedule below before using our services.

■ For those who wish to receive their order within 2015, or between December 30th (Wed) and January 5th (Tue) of the following year.

Please place your order by December 27th (Sunday) at 23:59.

We will ship it on Tuesday, December 29th.

*Please note that after the 24th, the only delivery date you can select is from January of the following year.

In that case, please write your preferred date in the comments section.

■Regarding orders received between December 28th (Monday) and January 3rd (Monday)

We will begin shipping orders sequentially from Tuesday, January 5th.

The order confirmation email, "[Hyotei] Thank you for your order!", is also included.

We will begin sending them out sequentially from Monday, January 4th.

■Inquiries regarding orders placed during our closure

We will begin responding to inquiries sequentially from Monday, January 4th.
