This product is a Daiginjo sake brewed with "Koshi Tanrei," a sake rice variety from Niigata Prefecture.

This product consists of only the "middle portion" of the sake, which has been collected and bottled.

Did you know that the name of a sake pressing method using a traditional press changes depending on the order in which the sake is extracted?

The first one that comes out is called "arabashiri," followed by "nakagumi,"

Then there's the "torture" stage, where pressure is applied and the body is squeezed, which is divided into three stages.

Among them, the "nakagumi" is the part that best expresses the characteristics of the taste and aroma of the sake.

Highly valued and produced in limited quantities, these items are extremely rare.

This product, "Nakagumi Daiginjo Genshu," boasts a lustrous flavor produced by Koshi Tanrei rice,

It is characterized by a crisp, refreshing taste typical of Niigata.

Brewed by the brewers with care, one grain of rice at a time, as if cherishing their own child, it is a magnificent and exquisite sake.

It has a refined aroma and a striking taste.

This is the perfect gift for someone special, or for anniversaries and celebrations.
