I went drinking at "Yahiko Mountain"!?
Nice to meet you for the second time. I'm Nonnosuke, a first-dan in the Yoshinogawa school of martial arts.
Now, this time we'll be talking about Kaihatsu, the head of the women's division of Yoshinogawa Michi 5th Dan.
Yoshinogawa, a first-class rookie salesperson, "mountain climbing,"
Then, we invited "Chika-san" as our guide and climbed Mount Yahiko.
The reason I started mountain climbing is simple.
It's simply because the new salesperson's name is "Tozan" (mountain climbing)!
(It is pronounced "Noboriyama")
However, it turns out that Noboriyama has never actually climbed a mountain before.
Oh dear... that's not good.
In any case, I was overwhelmed by his enthusiasm when he said, "I want to climb a mountain!"
We decided to go mountain climbing!
So, let's go!
By the way, the person you can see in the background is the person who served as our guide for this trip.
A mountain girl with 3 years of climbing experience.Chika-san
After walking for a while, we finally reached the first station.
to this pointIt's uphill all the way. That was pretty tough!
But we'll go straight to the second, third, and fourth stations!
Strangely enough, the next sign starts to appear sooner and sooner.
Once your body gets used to it and you find the rhythm, you can climb it quite easily.
And then, finally, we arrived at the seventh station,Happy rewardBeauty!!
Wow, wow,Spring water!!!!
It says "sacred water."
Yoshinogawa sake could not be made without the blessings of the Higashiyama mountain range and the Shinano River.
I ate it with gratitude for nature's bounty and with a sacred feeling.
And after being healed both physically and mentally by the sacred water, we proceeded quickly... and finally,We've reached the summit!
Amazing viewis!
It was unfortunately a cloudy day, but it was still great!!
White clouds floating in a blue sky!
The Sea of Japan stretches out below.
It's no exaggeration to say that we climbed all the way up here just to admire this view.
However, we have one more important mission!
Of course...
Yoshinogawa sakeDrink it!!!
Yoshinogawa sake is already delicious as it is.
In the great outdoors抱How delicious it would be to drink it while eating.
Let's go!
Now, it's finally time to taste (or drink)!
What we have prepared this time is:"Slim Bottle Canned Ginjo Sake"and,
"Sake Brewery's Light Snow"There are two types.
The reason I chose it"can"that's why!
You could drink directly from the can, but this time we're sharing it, so we'll pour it into a sake cup.
Actually, I'd like a sake cup made of titanium.I wanted to prepare it,
I wasn't prepared, so I used a 100-yen cup...
however,The design of this cup is surprisingly well-suited for drinking premium sake!
Actually, when it comes to sake cups, it might seem like anything would do,Important for enjoying alcoholI see.
It is said that when alcohol is exposed to air, its quality changes, and this also affects its aroma.
In other words,The width of the drinking rim of the sake cup is key. This is what it will be.
Of the four basic shapes (bud-shaped, trumpet-shaped, straight, and bowl-shaped), this cup is closest to the trumpet shape.
This trumpet-shaped bottle has a wide opening, allowing you to fully appreciate the aroma.
So, for fragrant ginjo sake, this 100-yen cup is perfectly fine.
But look at the head of the women's division! She's holding salt-fermented fried chicken and has a dazzling smile.
Ah, drinking at the top of the mountain is the best!
…in,,,
Descending completedThat's it. Ding.
I made use of modern conveniences on my way back.
We really wanted to descend the mountain on our own! But we got caught in the rain and had to reluctantly give up.
We also got to see some garden birds and feed the deer.
They're also building a sumo ring, and there are other things like "heavy and light stones,"
There's so much to see! I can't possibly cover it all!
Of course, there are also hot springs.
We also took advantage of the opportunity to soak in the hot springs and relieve our fatigue.
Whether you're enjoying Yoshinogawa in a lively atmosphere at a restaurant or relaxing at home, it's delicious in all its forms.
SometimesI also recommend drinking Yoshinogawa while immersed in nature!
Please give it a try!
*Please note that mountain climbing is at your own risk. Also, for safety reasons, we do not recommend drinking alcohol on day hikes.
