Yoshinogawa Women's Association @FARM TABLE SUZU
I apologize for the delay, but here is my report on the "Yoshinogawa Girls' Gathering" that took place on the 25th!
This is the 7th time we've collaborated with FMniigata for a girls' get-together.
The venue was FARM TABLE SUZU!
Its roots are in Nagaoka, and it's about enjoying traditional local vegetables in a delicious and stylish way.
This shop shares a very similar sensibility with the Yoshinogawa Women's Club in terms of style.
Since this is the seventh time the event has been held, lucky events are happening even before it begins!
The meeting was supposed to start at 7 PM, but just before that, at the satellite studio...

Unexpectedly, a whole host of popular personalities were there, and the customers (and I) seemed quite surprised.
It started with a happy surprise atmosphere.
Now, let's talk about the currently popular FARM TABLE SUZU. The menu for the day is...
What a stylish menu!
Guests savored the harmony of sake and food, exclaiming things like, "I've never tasted this before!" and "I didn't know it could be eaten this way!"
Cheerful voices could be heard from all directions, making it a girls' get-together full of surprises and discoveries.
What impressed me the most was the generous portion of bagna cauda served on the plate!
It contains a lot of seasonal vegetables, including some rather unusual ones like water spinach and kohlrabi.
Moreover, since it can be eaten raw, you can fully enjoy its sweetness and juiciness!
A wide variety of healthy dishes that women will love are available. Please come and visit us!
And when you do, be sure to pair your meal with sake or sake cocktails!
