Even just stepping outside for a short while feels like all the moisture in my body will evaporate.
This heat gets worse every year...it's really taking its toll.

So, the item I'd like to introduce today is this.

Smooth tofu and bouncy jelly.
The sweet and savory sauce enhances the rich flavor and aroma of Echigo Junmai sake.
Behind the Scenes of Smile Stadium Filming
It was the middle of summer, and I entered the living room in the middle of the day, and there was something going on with Emily-san
Professor Nakajima was sitting at the table discussing a serious matter...
I overheard them talking about what they were going to do during the Obon holiday.
I thought that since it was such a simple recipe, there wouldn't be any need for Professor Nakajima, but then...
Suddenly the police lights came on!!
And then, the police lights continued to flash and spin uselessly, over and over again.
Professor Nakajima's cell phone vibrates as he adjusts his schedule for the Obon holiday.
Ippuku, the Nakajima family's beloved dog, manages to relieve his stomach ache even while filming a cooking segment.
Despite various hiccups, the cooking was successfully completed this time as well.
The key point this time is to thoroughly drain the water from the tofu!
It becomes smooth and creamy, making it a better match for jelly.
A recommended item for the hot summer, please give it a try!"Echigo Junmai"Please enjoy this together with the other item.
The ever-popular laid-back segment will air on Saturday the 9th at 6 PM!
Please look forward to it!
