In preparation for the upcoming season when delicious foods become more abundant, let's enjoy eating delicious food and stay healthy.
It's also important to keep your digestive system in good condition.
So, this time, I'd like to introduce a potage soup that's gentle on the stomach!

4. Place the contents of step 3 in a bowl, top with crispy fried lotus root slices, and garnish with salmon roe.
Comment from Professor Nakajima
A soup that retains the texture of lotus root.
The rich flavor of "hiyaoroshi" sake further enhances the creamy deliciousness.
Behind the scenes
Even as autumn approaches, September still brings lingering summer heat.
With lotus root as one of the main ingredients, this dish allows you to fully enjoy the flavors of autumn.
Emily has become quite skilled with her knife, so I guess Professor Nakajima won't be needed this time...?
...But then, with his hand on the flashing lights, he's already ready to go! He's totally ready to go!!
The results will be broadcast.
Well, actually, this will be the last recording session at Professor Nakajima's house.
Next time, we'll be revamping and upgrading it even further!
Be sure to check out future Weekend Dish episodes!
