Our sake brewery was founded in Echigo Nagaoka in 1548 (Tenbun 17).
More than 470 years have passed since then.
Alongside the abundant flow of the Shinano River, the Yoshino River has been a constant presence in the everyday lives of people throughout history.

We are pleased to announce that we are renewing the brand's image.
However, it's not just a change in appearance.
Why do we brew sake?
This is also a declaration of our determination to re-examine our origins and connect them to the future.
Times are changing, and the ways in which people live are also diversifying and changing.
Nevertheless, delicious alcohol connects people,
Making an ordinary day just a little bit richer.
I believe that its essence will never change, no matter the era.
