Alcohol quality design
Made with Gohyakumangoku rice from Niigata Prefecture, polished to 50%, this sake boasts exceptional clarity. Through careful koji preparation and the use of Association 1901 yeast, it achieves an elegant sweetness and a gentle ginjo aroma, resulting in a flavor that complements meals perfectly. A balanced aroma and easy drinkability are carefully considered.
The art of flavor
Brewing throughout the year
By creating an environment less affected by the seasons, we engage in year-round sake brewing. By carefully managing temperature and fermentation conditions, we consistently achieve the desired flavor and maturation for each product. This is the approach that supports the clean quality of Yoshinogawa sake and its soft flavor that complements food.
Antioxidant
Sake changes its aroma and flavor gradually as it comes into contact with air. At Yoshinogawa, we have introduced equipment that minimizes contact with oxygen after pressing and during transport, preserving the delicate aroma and clear quality of our sake. This is quality preservation to deliver the fresh taste until the moment you drink it.
Bottle storage
By storing bottled sake at low temperatures, we minimize changes in flavor and deliver it to our customers in the best possible condition. Yoshinogawa has newly constructed a refrigerated bottle storage facility with a capacity of up to 300,000 bottles. We carefully preserve the harmony of aroma, flavor, and finish while minimizing stress on the sake.
